Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Customer will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw coupon for every property listed for sale with any of the agents or purchased through ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd. Minimum: one property per receipt per draw.

2. Employees or associate business partners of ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd t/a ReddyG Real Estate Agents, their immediate family members, and agencies directly involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd reserves the sole discretion to exclude any participant from the promotion without notice or obligation to provide a reason.

4. The promotion runs from 01 August 2022 to 09 December 2022. The draw will be held on 10th December 2022 at 6 PM at Shop 2/935 Tarneit Road, VIC-329.

5. Participants must fully complete the lucky draw coupon and deposit it in the designated box between 11:00 AM on 01 August 2022 and 6:00 PM on 09 December 2022. Late entries will be void.

6. All information submitted must be accurate, true, and complete. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

7. Each winner is entitled to only one prize. If multiple entries from the same winner are drawn, only the first will be honored and subsequent ones voided.

8. Winners will be contacted via phone, email, or mail within seven (7) days of the draw.

9. Prizes will be issued via bank cheque and must be collected from ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd’s Tarneit office within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or any alternatives.

11. Acceptance of the prize implies consent for ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd to use the winner’s name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage beyond its reasonable control, including issues related to the prize or its use.

13. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prize, participants waive all claims against ReddyG Realty Group Pty Ltd and its affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use.
